Pretty cool. A little bit busy I think with all that text floating around. The character is elegant, but the background doesn't really seem to have and depth away from her. But if I were you I wouldn't shy away from more like this. You have many of the subtlties of the anime style just right.

I can see what the position of the hand is now (the one in the foreground) But the way the rip in the glove is makes her look like she has an extra finger.
